Account use
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Bookings
A booking is a contract between you and the provider listed on the booking. Marevee facilitates the transaction and handles payment processing.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms vary by provider and are shown on each listing before you confirm. The cancellation policy at booking time is the policy that applies.
Disputes
Reach out to support@marevee.com first. Most issues are resolved within a few business days.
